Wayne and Jan Lilley House

Project Objectives:

1. Design and Comfort: The primary objective of this project was to create a contemporary, spacious, and comfortable home that accommodates the lifestyle and preferences of Wayne and Jan Lilley.
2. Functionality: The house was designed to maximize space utilization and incorporate practical features to enhance everyday living.

Key Features:

1. Three Bedrooms: The house features three well-appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for the Lilley family and guests.
2. Two Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms were designed, including a luxurious ensuite for the master bedroom, offering both functionality and a touch of indulgence.
3. Double Garage: A spacious double garage was integrated into the design to provide secure parking and additional storage space.
4. Linea Weatherboard Exterior: The exterior was adorned with Linea weatherboard cladding, combining durability with a visually appealing facade.
5. Exposed Aggregate Concrete Driveway: The driveway was constructed using exposed aggregate concrete, offering a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface.
6. Composite Decking: A beautiful composite decking area was built to extend the living space outdoors, allowing for relaxation and entertainment amidst nature.
